# About Stronger Couple

> Stronger Couple is an iPhone and Android app and free online library made by J&H Technology LLC. Our goal is simple: help couples understand what is happening between them and practice one small thing together each week. We focus on everyday habits, clear sources and honest limits. We are not therapists, and the app is not therapy.

## Our mission

Most couples do not need a dramatic fix. They need a calm, regular way to talk, notice the good and work through disagreements. The website teaches the ideas. The app is where you practice them.

## Who makes Stronger Couple

Stronger Couple is developed and published by [J&H Technology LLC](https://jandhtechnology.com). Articles are published under the organizational byline "Stronger Couple Editorial Team." We do not use invented experts or personas.

## How we write

- We cite primary research and official sources, and we link to them.
- We describe what research found without overstating it.
- No licensed clinician has reviewed our content yet, so we do not show reviewer badges. We will say so clearly when that changes.

## Safety comes first
