# Relationship insights

> Relationship insights in Stronger Couple, a Premium feature, turn your activity in the app into a simple health score, a six-week trend and tips. They look at four areas over the last four weeks: communication, appreciation, quality time and working through conflict. Insights are a mirror for reflection and conversation, not a diagnosis of your relationship.

## Highlights

- A score built from four areas of your activity
- A six-week trend, so you see patterns, not one bad day
- Tips matched to where you are
- A starting point for conversation, not a diagnosis

## What insights are based on

Insights come from what you record in the app: [weekly check-ins](https://strongercouple.app/app/weekly-check-ins) for communication, appreciations, prompt responses and check-in highlights for quality time, and the share of conflict discussions you mark resolved. They start after two check-ins, and the more regularly you check in, the more useful they become.

## What insights are not

Insights cannot tell you whether a relationship is healthy or safe. If you are worried about how your partner treats you, read [Is this abuse?](https://strongercouple.app/help-now/is-this-abuse) or visit [Help Now](https://strongercouple.app/help-now).

## Free and Premium

Insights are not part of the free plan, which includes the weekly report summary. Premium adds insights and full weekly reports with history. The app shows what is included before you subscribe. See [pricing](https://strongercouple.app/pricing) for how plans work.

## Questions

### Are insights shared with my partner?

No. Insights are built only from your own entries and shown only to you. See [partner linking](https://strongercouple.app/app/partner-linking) and our [privacy policy](https://strongercouple.app/privacy).

### Can insights tell us if we should break up?

No. Insights are for reflection. For big decisions, a licensed couples therapist or individual therapist can help.
