# Shared goals

> Goals in Stronger Couple let you choose something to work on, like saving for a trip or a phone-free dinner each week, pick a category and how often you will do it, then tap Log today to track progress. With Premium, you can share a goal with your linked partner so you both log progress. Mark a goal complete when you get there.

## Highlights

- Eight categories, from communication to money and fun
- Daily, weekly, monthly or one-time goals
- Log progress with one tap and keep the history
- Share a goal with your linked partner

## Setting goals that stick

- **Keep it specific.** "Walk together on Sunday mornings" is easier to keep than "spend more time together."
- **Start small.** One or two active goals is plenty.
- **Check in on it.** The Looking ahead step in your [weekly check-in](https://strongercouple.app/app/weekly-check-ins) is a natural place to review progress.

## Free and Premium

The free plan includes 2 active goals. Premium removes the limit and lets you share goals with a linked partner. The app shows what is included before you subscribe. See [pricing](https://strongercouple.app/pricing) for how plans work.

## Questions

### What kind of goals can we set?

Goals can use the categories communication, quality time, intimacy, health, money, growth, fun or other. Keep each one specific enough to know when you have reached it.

### Can I set personal goals too?

Yes. Goals stay private unless you share them, so you can track your own. The Looking ahead step of a check-in is also a place for a small weekly focus.
