You must be at least 13 to use the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and refunds are handled by Apple. Be kind in what you share. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stronger Couple app, the strongercouple.app website and related services developed and published by J&H Technology LLC ("we," "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. ## 1. Acceptance of terms By using Stronger Couple, you confirm that: - You are at least 13 years old - You can legally enter into this agreement - You will follow these Terms and all applicable laws ## 2. Your account - Give accurate, current and complete information - Keep your sign-in details private - Take responsibility for activity under your account - Tell us right away about any unauthorized access ## 3. Subscriptions and payments ### 3.1 Plans The app is free to download and includes a free plan with usage limits. An optional Premium subscription is offered with monthly or annual billing. Current prices are shown in the app and the App Store before you buy. While you are linked with a partner, our server shares a subscriber's Premium with that partner. Sharing ends if either of you disconnects, blocks or deletes your account, or if the subscription ends. ### 3.2 Billing - Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. - Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. - Taxes may apply based on your location. ### 3.3 Auto-renewal Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. ### 3.4 Refunds Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We do not process refunds directly. ## 4. License and intellectual property We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Stronger Couple for personal, non-commercial purposes. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store. You may not: - Copy, modify or distribute the app or its content - Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app - Use the app for commercial purposes without permission - Try to bypass security features ## 5. User conduct You agree not to: - Break any law or regulation - Upload malicious code or harmful content - Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Harass, abuse or harm other users - Impersonate any person or organization ## 6. Shared content Stronger Couple lets you share content with a linked partner, including check-ins, appreciations, goals and milestones. You may not share content that: - Contains hate speech, slurs or discriminatory language - Includes threats of violence or self-harm - Contains sexually explicit material - Is harassment or bullying - Breaks any law ### Reporting and blocking You can report content your partner shared by tapping Report on the item in the Partner tab. Our team reviews every report. You can block your partner at any time from the options menu next to their name in the Partner tab. Blocking disconnects the partnership right away and prevents future reconnection. Before you share something, the app may warn you if it detects threats, slurs or crisis language. ### Enforcement We may review reported content, remove objectionable material, and suspend or end accounts that break this policy. Repeated violations lead to permanent suspension. ## 7. Relationship content and this website The app offers check-ins, appreciations, conversation prompts, a guided conflict tool, goals, milestones, a partner quiz, date-night ideas and relationship insights. The website offers articles, guides and free tools. All of it is for education and information only. It is not professional relationship, medical or mental health advice, and it is not therapy. You may read and share links to our website for personal use. Do not copy or republish our articles in full without permission, and do not scrape the site in a way that disrupts it. ## 8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, J&H Technology LLC is not liable for: - Indirect, incidental or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data or business - Any damages arising from your use of the app or website Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or 100 US dollars. ## 10. Termination You can stop using Stronger Couple by deleting the app, canceling any subscription and [deleting your account](https://strongercouple.app/delete-account). We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. ## 11. Changes to these terms We may revise these Terms. Changes take effect when posted.
