Daily appreciations
Updated
- Write a quick note of thanks in seconds
- Keep it private or share it with a linked partner
- See when your partner has seen a shared note
- Report a hurtful shared note from the Partner tab
What makes a good appreciation
- Be specific. "Thanks for making coffee before my early meeting" lands better than "thanks for everything."
- Name the effect. Say how it helped or how it made you feel.
- Keep it short. One or two sentences is plenty.
Why appreciation matters
When things are tense, it is easy to only notice what is wrong. A daily appreciation is a small way to turn toward your partner. Our guide to appreciation and connection explains the ideas behind it.
Free and Premium
The free plan includes 10 appreciations a month. Premium makes them unlimited and lets you share them with a linked partner. The app shows what is included before you subscribe. See pricing for how plans work.
Questions
Can my partner see my appreciations?
Only the appreciations you choose to share are visible to a linked partner, and you can make one private again at any time. Sharing needs a partner link and Premium, and one subscription covers you both.
What if I receive something hurtful?
Tap Report on the shared item in the Partner tab, choose a reason and send it. You can also block your partner from the options menu there. If you feel unsafe, visit Help Now.
